Stüssy offers returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
